First Annual Squam Lakes Poker Cruise
Thanks to the hard work of Doug Smith and Liz Figueroa - with the help of many enthusiastic friends - $4000 has been added to the Bridge House coffers. The First Annual Squam Lake Poker Run was a great success from start to finish! Despite the rather grey day on the water the lake was busy with boaters gathering their playing cards. Then at the end of the day everyone landed at Walter's Basin for food, fun, raffles. celebration and great music by the Crunchy Western Boys! Plans are aready under way for the 2nd annual event!

SOCK HOP 2009
Fun, dancing, prizes, food and drink were enjoyed by all! This annual fundraiser raised
over $5,000 for the Bridge House. A Hip Hop demo by Ninth State Kids, a country-western cowboy dance, the hula-hoop contest and a super quilt raffle were highlights of the evening!
